About ArhsimCare

Built for any daycare provider, not just one.

ArhsimCare is an operations platform for daycare providers -- daily updates, secure messaging, attendance, and admin tools, all in one place. Any provider can sign up, name their own daycare, and start using it immediately, without any developer or setup call involved.

We're early: ArhsimCare is currently working directly with its first pilot daycares as we build out the platform. Every daycare that signs up gets its own fully separate space -- rooms, children, staff, and families that belong to one daycare are never visible to another, by design.

The platform is built on infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, and every account action is logged for accountability. We treat child-related data as sensitive by default, and are continuing to build out the compliance and safety features that come with that responsibility.
